BARIDANA Excursions was born in 1995; our goal was introducing visitors to the different places and customs of our land: the Cadí valley, les Valls d'Aguilar, Castellbó valley, etc.; and support and enhance tourism in the Pyrenees region. Our company works on two fields: one which proposes different excursions and is more leisure oriented, the other one, our shop, which is more specialized.
Guided tours
We propose different kinds of excursions :
- Trips to different mountain areas to enjoy nature and be able to observe the flora and fauna.
- Specialized routes on highland
- The visit of small villages to learn about their way of life
- Routes devoted to the Romanesque architecture of our surroundings
- Routes devoted to enjoy our Pyrenean gastronomy
- Routes to learn about the different crafts developed in the area
With the following features :
- We offer one day or half day excursions
- We offer the proposed itineraries and are open to itineraries suggested by customers
- 4x4 wheel drive with a capacity of up to 8 people per vehicle
- The routes can be on 4x4 or mixed, by using 4x4 and/or bike and/or foot
- A snack, meal or picnic service can be included in the excursion
- Our guides inform about our flora and fauna, as well as the customs, traditions and cultural aspects of the visited villages
